MOMsMart Consignor Information
How to Consign
Current HAMOM Members:
Outside Consignors/Non-Members:
- Check our FaceBook page and monthly newsletter for current registration links.
- Email us at [email protected], and we will send you the link!
- All member consignors are required to work at least one shift during MOMsMart. Shifts are first come, first served.
Outside Consignors/Non-Members:
- The MOMsMart Co-Chairs ([email protected]) will provide the links for both new and returning consignors to register. To be placed on the email list for the next sale, please email [email protected].
- Non-members will be charged a $10.00 fee to consign. This fee will be deducted from your commission check.
- NOTE: Non-member consignors must consign at least 20 items in order to consign.
Items we Accept for Sale
All clothing items must be appropriate for the season, clean, stain-free, without holes, not overly faded and in current style. All other items shall not be recalled, broken, or missing pieces.
Bulk resale or brand rep items are not accepted.
All items accepted must fit into the categories within our sales/tagging system. We do not accept adult clothing items, generic home or seasonal decor, or items inappropriate for a childrens consignment sale.
MOMsMart reserves the right to refuse and remove items from the sales floor without guarantee of return to the seller.

NEW FOR FALL 2024: All shoes need to be checked at our Shoe Inspection Station to ensure they're up to MOMsMart standards. Excessively dirty/worn shoes will not be allowed.

Commission Rates
- Non-Members are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the sale. There will be a $10.00 consignor's fee and you will receive 72% of your sales.
- Non-HAMOM member consignors will now be allowed to volunteer for up to two shifts to earn an extra 2% (per shift) of their sales. Spots are first-come, first-serve and close at the discretion of the MOMsMart coordinator. More info will be emailed when shifts open.
- Current Members are required to work one shift, and will receive 80% of their total sales.
- Current Members who work TWO shifts (1 required + 1 extra) will receive 82% of their total sales.
- Current Members who work THREE shifts (1 required + 2 extra) will receive 84% of their total sales.
- Current Members who work FOUR or more shifts (1 required + 3 or more extra) will receive 86% of their total sales.
- MOMsMart Committee Members and Board Members who fulfill all required duties will receive 88% of their total sales. Committee Members and Board Members who do not fulfill all required duties will receive the applicable Current Member rate.
Please note that the commission rates listed in the seller agreement supersede any above information if there is a discrepancy. Member consignors who fail to work the required shift will receive the outside consignor commission rate.
Failure to follow the tagging instructions will result in a 10% penalty from your sales and may result in you not being allowed to consign in future sales.
